The Peace River K9 Search & Rescue Teams

The Peace River K9 Search and Rescue Association strives to be capable of conducting full search operations for 72 hours in all weather low-angle wilderness terrain with a competent and experienced Incident Command Staff to oversee at least 4-6 Operational Field teams deployed in the field for long operational periods. In order to achieve this goal, PRSAR maintains an inventory of specialized equipment and team disciplines. Please use the drop down menu to visit the different team pages.
All Team members receive training in the following areas:

Team Medics have National Standard EMT and ACLS

Citizens Emergency Response Team training (CERT)
Helicopter Transport, Heli-base and Lifeline Operations
