Peace River K9 Search and Rescue is a 100% volunteer 501(c)(3) Florida Non-profit charity that responds anywhere throughout Southern Southwest Florida when our neighbors need assistance searching for any lost or missing individual. From Pinellas to Collier counties, our team of dedicated volunteers is ready to respond. In one year, Peace River K9 Search and Rescue performed over one million dollars in value added services and training to the Great State of Florida – and we’ve done it with donations and volunteers.

Believe it or not, PRSAR is NOT funded by any government agency and relies completely upon the giving of the community we serve!
That is why we are very excited to announce that we have been accepted as a charity by the Louis and Gloria Flanzer Philanthropic Trust matching gift program.
Both Gloria and Louis Flanzer were dedicated philanthropists to the Sarasota Community; they gave their time and donations to our many partners. The mission of the Flanzer Philanthropic Trust is to enhance the life of the people of the Suncoast through social services and healthcare initiatives.
The purpose of the Flanzer Contribution Matching program will match all donations made to Peace River K-9 Search and Rescue through 2023. Contributions between $5 and $500 will be matched 1:1.
